Upon confirmation of your booking, we process a €200 / $200 per person, nonrefundable deposit. Cruises, some tours and music packages are €400 or US$400 per person. The balance is due 40 days prior to departure. Some cruises (Arctic/ Antarctic) require full payment 90 days or more in advance. Please check the webpage or contact us for details. If your booking is within 40 days before departure, the full amount is due upon confirmation. These funds are non-refundable after confirmation. There will be no charge if the requested package is sold out. We will contact you with the official confirmation within 72 business hours. We highly recommend travel insurance. There are many types, such as cancellation insurance or full cover. Insurance can provide reimbursement for medical cancellation or delayed flights or damages or all of the above. We also suggest that you book your cruise or tour first and then book the air tickets.
