Departing for Palatka, enjoy a journey along the waters of St. Johns River, distinguished as one of the fourteen American Heritage Rivers and one of only three rivers in the nation that flows north. Discover the unlimited recreation, celebrated history, and protected wildlife of this river, home to over 200 species of birds, including the bald eagle, swallow tailed kite, and wood stork.
2nd Day
Palatka, FL
Once known for its worldwide shipping commerce of citrus and timber, Palatka attracted a number of wealthy northerners looking to relocate to a warmer climate. Today, it remains a charming river town with restored plantation houses that stand as a testament to distinguished residents that once called Palatka home. Nature enthusiasts will enjoy visiting the beautifully landscaped Ravine Gardens State Park.

3rd Day
Cruising the St. Johns to Lake George (Ocala National Forest)
Continue your cruise from St. Johns River to Lake George, which shares a border with the Ocala National Forest. The lake hosts a variety of wildlife ranging from migratory water birds to marine animals. Local springs in Lake George feed enough salt to the system to make the habitat suitable for marine species like Atlantic stingray, striped bass, and blue crab.

Green Cove Springs, FL

Departure Times:
Cruises depart at 1:30 p.m. or earlier if all passengers have arrived. Passengers may board after 11:30 a.m. Crew members will carry your luggage to your stateroom. Passengers are recommended to arrive no later than 12:30 p.m
Shore Excursions:
There are three shore excursion categories: 1) Complimentary 2) PREMIUM which typically cost between $20 and $70 and may be purchased on board. 3) SIGNATURE shore excursions are particularly unique excursions with limited availability and which often cost more than $70. We recommend that you reserve these excursions in advance with your Cruise Specialist.
Single Occupancy:
Single cabins are available on all ships. If one person chooses to occupy a double stateroom he/she will be charged 150% or 175% of the double occupancy rate depending on the type of stateroom occupied.
Deposits and Payments:
A deposit of $500.00 per person is required to confirm any reservation on trips of 9 nights or less, and a deposit of $900.00 per person is required to confirm any reservation on trips of 10 nights or more. Final payment is due 90 days prior to the sailing date. Any Reservation made within 90 days of the departure date must be accompanied by full payment and is subject to Cancellation Terms.
What to Bring:
Casual sportswear is suggested during the day. Casual country club attire is recommended in the evenings and for dinner. Comfortable walking shoes, windbreaker, sweater for cool evenings, and light rainwear are also recommended items.
