Day 1 Munich
Arrival in Munich on your own, optional private transfer to your hotel.

Day 2 Munich

Today you can join a hop on hop off city tour to visit Munich touristic sites. You can disembark at any stop and take your time to get to know the city.  Highlights include the Marienplatz square, National Theater, the City Hall, the Cathedral and the Viktualienmarkt street market. Stops at Alte Pinakothek, Neue Pinakothek, Artgaleries, Odeonsplatz, Viktualienmarkt, Hofbräuhaus,. In the evening we can book an optional Bavarian evening for you with Octoberfest style of entertainment and dinner.

 Day 3 Munich - Neuschwanstein and Linderhof Castles - Oberammergau- Munich
This morning we drive to southern Bacavaria to the mountains and romantic landscapes near the most famous castles of Germany: Neuschwanstein and Linderhof built by a troubled King Ludwig II of Bavaria. Visit the fairy tale castles with a local guide (admission extra)., the Medieval looking Neuschwanstein with its many turrets and towers and inner courtyard and the charming Linderhof Castle favourit retreat of  the eccentric ruler. On the way back we stop at Oberammergau, a town known around the world for its Passion play, wooden crafts and charming painted houses. Afternoon return to Munich.

Day 4 Munich
Breakfast at the hotel, end of services. Optional private transfer to the airport or add Salzburg excursion.

City of German-Roma emperors, medieval councils and Albrecht Dürer. The city famed for as one of the headquarters of the Nazi party with the reminders of their rallies and the Nuremberg trials.
 We will walk through the old town with its historic castle and city walls, along its many churches and romantic half-timbered houses that still stand from the Middle Ages.  You can also see the Nazis’ monumental structures, a testament to  the megalomania of Hitler and the leaders of the “Third Reich”. The Documentation Center provides a comprehensive insight into this dark era of German history.

Beer Tour in Munich 1 Apr-18 Dec  / Fridays and Saturdays

Munich, one of the beer centers of Europe  is well known as the city of beer, breweries, beer gardens and beer festivals. The art of brewing is a centuries-old tradition here. We will take you on a behind-the-scenes excursion to one of the old breweries where you will be introduced to the centuries old secret of the old Bavarian beer making. After the demonstration you will have a chance to sample.

Munich at Night.  1 Apr-18 Dec  / Fridays and Saturdays only
duration: 4.5hrs
7:30 p.m. departure with a drive through the illuminated Munich. We will take you for an evening fun of dinner, beer and Bavarian music  to the famous Hofbräuhaus beerhouse dating back to 1589. After dinner we continue on a trip up the Olympic Tower to view the city lights.  We finish our tour at one of the nightclubs where  a drink will be included. Price Euro 65 (adults only age: 18+) includes: Dinner with a drink, ascent of Olympic Tower, a drink in the “Nightclub”.

ROMANTIC ROAD - Rothenburg and Harburg : 1Apr-31Oct / Wednesday and Sunday departures/duration 10.5 hrs
Along the Romantic Road we first reach Harburg, one of the oldest, biggest and best preserved castles of Southern Germany, which was first mentioned end of the 11th century. Through the Swabian crater landscape passing Dinkelsbühl we arrive in Rothenburg, the most perfectly preserved medieval town in Europe. Time for sightseeing, lunch and shopping. Via the Hallertau, the world largest hop - growing area we return to Munich. Entrance fees excluded.

Following the German Alpine Road you will have a splendid view of the Bavarian Alps. In Berchtesgaden optional ride in a special bus to Eagle´s Nest, Hitler´s former teahouse (open as of May). In case of snow and ice, world famous Salt Mines will be visited instead. Entrance fees excluded.

 On the largest of the Bavarian lakes, Chiemsee, we take a boat ride to the Herreninsel. Here you visit Ludwig's II. castle, a replica of the palace of Versailles. We continue by boat to Fraueninsel. Time to visit the Benedictine church and a walk on the island. Entrance fees excluded

Our trip through the Chiemgau gives you a beautiful view on the Lower Bavarian Alps. In Salzburg, the city of Mozart, we will have enough time for shopping and a walk through the picturesque old city. On lake Wolfgangsee, possibility of a boat ride to the White Horse Inn and a visit to the pilgrim church. Past lake Mondsee (Scene of "Sound of Music") return to Munich. Entrance fees excluded.

DACHAU - MEMORIAL SITE : 10May-18 Oct/ Saturday departures only duration 4.5 hrs
Driving through the village of Dachau we reach the former concentration camp. Plenty of time to visit the memorial site, the museum and the documentary film. Explanations to the memorial site on the bus, no guided tour on site. Visitors are asked to respect the dignity of the site by wearing appropriate attire. Entrance fees excluded.

After visiting Ettal Monastery, we drive to Garmisch - Partenkirchen and on to Eibsee where we take the cable car to the summit of the Zugspitze (9.788 ft.). On a clear day you can see over a thousand Bavarian, Austrian, Swiss and Italian mountain peaks. Descent by cogwheel train. Entrance fees excluded.
