Frankfurt to the Royal Castles - Independent tour

DAY 1: Frankfurt - Heidelberg - Frankfurt
start your tour with a regular diversified half-day trip to
Heidelberg, the old university town at the banks of neckar-River, including a
visit of the inner courtyard of Heidelberg Castle and a lunchbox. After
returning to Frankfurt, the rest of the day is free for own activities.

DAY 2:frankfurt - Rothenburg (B)
Depart from frankfurt for a picturesque drive through the
spessart mountains to Würzburg, on the banks of the river Main. Continue on the
Romantic Road to Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Germany’s well-preserved "Jewel of
the Middle Ages" with its ramparts, city gates, town hall and Jakobskirche
(church) with an altar by the famous woodcarver Tilman Riemenschneider. Upon
arrival in Rothenburg, a taxi will take you to your hotel. In the afternoon or
evening you are invited to join the city walk with a local guide or the historic
night Watchman in Rothenburg.overnight at Hotel spitzweg or similar.
DAY 3: Rothenburg - Augsburg (b)
After breakfast, a taxi will meet you at your hotel and take
you to the bus stop. Your coach drives along the Romantic Road passing
picturesque places such as Dinkelsbühl and nördlingen with high-gabled houses
and cobbled-stone streets. Arrival at Augsburg in the early afternoon.overnight
at InterCityHotel or similar.
DAY 4: Augsburg - Hohenschwangau (b)
After breakfast, you are invited to join on a city tour
starting from the City Hall (Rathaus). You will get to know all
important sights of Augsburg, which is famous for old trading dynasties (the
fuggers). In the afternoon you board
again the coach to Hohenschwangau. overnight at Hotel Müller or similar.
DAY 5:Hohenschwangau - Munich (b)
In the morning you receive your tickets for Neuschwanstein Castle at the
front desk of your hotel and
visit the famous "Cinderella Castle", built by King Ludwig II. In the late
afternoon you proceed to Munich, where tour ends at approximately 7:00 p.m.!
***Reverse itinerary: Includes additionally a visit to Linderhof Castle . Tour ends in Frankfurt in the afternoon.
