The Hotel Parco dei Principi (five stars) was built in 1962 by the famous architect Gio Ponti. Set on cliff overlooking the magnificent Gulf of Naples, the Hotel is completely immersed into the green position of its 27.000 sq. Metres secular park.
Its design still preserves the Gio Ponti original work. The thirty different floor tile designs, arranged in a variety of ways to make up different decors for each of the hundred rooms, are a perfect accompaniment for the ceramic pebbles and the Melotti majolica plates, creating an overall, harmonius blend of carefully chosen shades of white and blue.
